Shipment processing time

All online orders placed by 3:30 pm it will be processed the same business day. If it is after 3:30 pm then it will not process until the following business day.  The Fulfillment Warehouse processes shipments Monday through Friday.

When you purchase standard shipping, after your package is RECEIVED at the post office it will take 3-7 business days for delivery.

All In-Store Pickup orders placed on Friday after 1PM will not be available for pickup until after 3PM on Monday. However, we can offer window service inside our stores where you can place the order at the window for a speedier pick up.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive and order confirmation and a tracking number via email when the order has been processed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Crowntown Cannabis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Crowntown Cannabis is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
