What Is CBD?

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a naturally occurring essential oil, produced by the Cannabis Sativa plant. CBD is just one of over one hundred phytocannabidnoids (cannabidnoids produced by the plant) produced by the Cannabis species. The most well known of these being THC. Unlike THC, CBD does not prompt psychoactive effects, yet works on the same receptors as THC. Due to the lack of mind-altering effects, CBD is legal in all 50 States, provided that any product sold contains less than .3%THC.
