Which CBD Product is Right for You?

Which CBD Product is Right for you?

This is a quick way to find a starter CBD for you. Getting relief is the most important part of taking CBD. Everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for the next. This is completely trial and error, because everybody is different. Start with something simple and explore your options.

The one thing you MUST know, is about 50% of Charlotte CBD’s products DO contain a legal amount of THC. This will not get you high, but can potentially make you fail a drug screen. If you are likely to get a drug screen, you would want to purchase CBD ISOLATE. The CBD is isolated and extracted.
A CBD product that contains THC is a FULL-SPECTRUM.

Pain

Pain is the number one reason people turn to CBD. What type of pain do do you have? Internal OR External?

**Internal Pain (Headaches, Migraines, Auto-Immune Disorders, Gastrointestinal, Nerve Pain, Muscle Pain, Joint Pain, Toothaches, etc)

Immediate Relief – The fastest way to get pain relief from CBD is to use a CBD Vape. When CBD is inhaled, it is instantly absorbed into your bloodstream and starts giving you immediate relief.

You can also use Hemp Flower, it is hard to find a flower with no THC whatsoever, these usually consist of Hemp Flower blends to keep the THC levels at ‘Non-Detectable’ levels.

Usually Hemp Flower has up to 0.3% THC which is a nationwide legal amount but can potentially make someone fail a drug screen. It is not enough to make someone high. However, CBD can make you sleepy if you take enough.

Relief within the Hour – Your Next option for interior pain relief is an edible. You feel the effects from eating or drinking CBD anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. These are taken AS NEEDED. You usually start off around 10mg and go up.

You can also use CBD transdermal patches if you have localized interior pain. CBD is absorbed into the bloodstream through the skin.

Most Thorough – Taking a sublingual is the MOST effective but also takes the longest to start working. CBD taken sublingually enters your bloodstream using the sublingual glands that are under the tongue. HOWEVER, if you have never used CBD before, it can take up to two weeks to start working due to the CBD having to find and react with the CBD Receptors located throughout the body. Since this IS the most effective way to take and keep CBD in your system (works for 18+ hours), most people end up taking a sublingual oil for the long run. A lot of times, while they wait on their body to start reacting from CBD sublinguals, they’ll use a faster acting CBD such as a vape, or an edible.

**External Pain (Muscle Pain, Sprains, Dry Skin, Skin Conditions, Surface Tension Headaches, Sore Feet, Localized Pain etc)

Fast Relief – A topical CBD Pain Cream can give you relief within a few minutes. Use the CBD Pain Scale to help you pick the strength you should begin with. A lot of the ingredients other than CBD are made for pain relief, too. Some creams are more for muscle pain, such as a CBD topical that warms or cools the area. Or some act faster than others because they have ingredients that are known to absorb into the skin at a much higher rate. Topical Transdermals can actually absorb into the blood-stream through the skin and give DEEPER pain relief to localized areas. Another option for topicals would be a CBD Bath Bomb. These are amazing considering the large amount of CBD and other ingredients to promote pain relief and relaxation.

Most Thorough – A Sublingual is still the most thorough pain relief option to use for any pain. Reason being that the skin is the largest organ in the body, and CBD does not discriminate between the organs it helps. If the pain is regular, and is something you deal with daily, a sublingual will give you the best benefits, but a topical cream wouldn’t hurt to use when days are worse than others.

As Needed – CBD edibles are fast acting (30 min to an hour) and are great for relief as needed. You can take as many as you would like, to suit your pain relief needs. If your pain interferes with your sleep, you can take a CBD Night-time gummy. These sometimes have added ingredients to help you sleep, such as melatonin, valerian root, lavender, or chamomile.

Anxiety (Mental Disorders)

Immediate Relief – The fastest way to get anxiety relief (among numerous other mental disorders) from CBD is to use a CBD Vape. When CBD is inhaled it is instantly absorbed into the bloodstream and starts giving you immediate relief. Vapes range in potency: the higher your anxiety, the higher strength vape you need. Every time you take a hit from a CBD Vape you are administering a few milligrams of CBD and will get more relief. There is no exact amount of times you need to take a puff so you will use this as needed. Relief from Vapes only last a few hours max, so it is recommended to have a more thorough route in place and use the vape for emergencies or fast relief.

You can also use a Hemp Flower and smoke to get large doses of CBD instantly. However, THC Free Hemp Flower is rare, and one must trust the CBD distributor to give them a product that is 100% THC Free. You can also check the COAs on this product.

Relief within the Hour – Your next option for anxiety relief is an edible. Mind you that the relief will come only after the edible is digested and the CBD absorbed into the body. Edibles take longer to start working, but is a good option for those who DO NOT want to inhale CBD.

You feel the effects from eating or drinking CBD anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. These are taken AS NEEDED. You usually start off with a dose of around 10mg and go up from there as needed. CBD edibles do not last as long as a sublingual, effects last up to 5 hours.

A capsule is considered an edible due to the fact it must travel through the digestive tract and absorb into the stomach lining.

Another way to get anxiety relief is to use a CBD topical. These are usually mixed with essential oils that deliver anxiety relief. You would roll on the topical on your forehead and/or neck and inhale the aroma for anxiety relief.

Most Thorough – Taking a sublingual is the MOST effective but also takes the longest to start working. CBD taken sublingually acts fast as it enters your bloodstream using the sublingual glands that are under the tongue.

Insomnia

Immediate Relief – The fastest way to get assistance for insomnia and sleep disorders is to use a CBD Vape. When CBD is inhaled it is instantly absorbed into the bloodstream and starts giving you immediate relief. Vapes range in potency and the higher your anxiety the higher strength vape you need. Every time you take a hit from a CBD Vape you are being administered a few milligrams (sometimes less, sometimes more) of CBD and will get more relief.

However, completely THC free flower may be harder to find, and one must trust CBD distributors to give them a product that is 100% THC Free. You can also check the COAs on this product to make sure of the transparency of these products. Buy from a reputable company.

Relief within the Hour – Your next option for insomnia relief is an edible. Mind you that the relief will come only after the edible is digested and the CBD absorbed into the body. Edibles take longer to start working, but is a good option for those who DO NO want to inhale CBD. Edibles are great for insomnia, because you can take them about an hour before you go to bed, and within the hour you start to get relaxed and your body naturally gets ready for sleep. Some edibles are MADE for sleep and have extra ingredients included such as melatonin or valerian root.

You feel the effects from eating or drinking CBD anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. These are taken AS NEEDED. You usually start off around 10mg and go up.

Most Thorough – Taking a sublingual for sleep is a little different. It is still considered the most through because of the absorption percentage through the sublingual glands under the tongue. CBD taken for sleep helps you stay asleep. You may need to take a higher milligram because it sometimes takes a higher dose to get tired. There are lots of CBD tinctures specifically for sleep issues. If you are taking a sublingual for sleep, take it 30 minutes before bed.
