I keep these with me at ALL TIMES. They have really helped with breakthrough anxiety. I put half of a CROWNTOWN CANNABIS | DELTA 8 ~100 mg Gummy under my tongue. I sit, put on headphones/ earplugs & to do some box breathing. HUGE difference than breathing alone! They are my #1 edible & suggestion for those new to edibles across the board.
