I try and get in about every week or two; not sure if its the vapes or the staff. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Store is clean, organized, and has a very chill but professional vibe. Staff sets the tone, they are great. They always take the time to review new products or point out their favorites. They listen to what you are looking for and cater your experience individually. Even when its busy it's the little things like remembering I like the Queens Reserve, or greeting by name. I was bartender for years and these are the things that keep people coming back and more importantly it's how you make the most money! Things are done right in this store. Product A and Staff A+
