CBD easy as 1,2,3.

You know, it is a common problem to over complicate CBD. CBD is supposed to get rid of anxiety, not cause it, right?

So, let’s start simplifying things.

There is NO WRONG WAY to take CBD. Any CBD is better than no CBD. We have a system in our body that was made just for CBD, the Endocannabinoid System. Therefore, take it. If you don’t feel better, take more. Mind you; you need to be taking genuine CBD and not some falsely advertised stuff you bought at the convenience store. Anyone can slap a label on a glass bottle and call it CBD.
If you are curious if a CBD oil is legit, you can 1.) Go to a legit distributor, or 2) Ask the salesperson for the COA (Certificate of Analysis) of that particular product. If they cannot find it or are unable to produce one, you should probably start shopping elsewhere. Use good judgment. You wouldn’t buy your prescriptions from a guy off the street, WOULD YOU?
For those who have heard from your boss that his cousin’s mom’s uncle Frank didn’t FEEL anything, I recommend trying it for yourself. One of the most important things about actually getting effects is to TAKE IT. Don’t sit it on the counter and let it waste away. We all want to feel better, and there you have a little bottle of ‘Feel Better,’ right in your hand.
Set the alarm on your phone. Ask your mom to remind you. Put it in your make-up bag. Just take it. Any way, shape, or form, get it into your system asap. And take it tomorrow, too.

So, beginners, try something simple. Try a form of CBD that’ll you’ll FEEL the same day. Smoking CBD, vaping CBD, and eating CBD are the best ways to get relief right away. Smoking and vaping are almost instant. CBD is absorbed into the bloodstream via the lungs, and within seconds you start feeling better. The more tokes you take, the more CBD you get, and the more relief you feel. Eating takes a little bit longer, from 30 minutes to an hour. Both methods of consumption do not last all day, so you would take these as needed.

Another way to get same-day relief is to use CBD topically. Using CBD topically is usually for pain, but can be for several other things. Using a pain cream, lotion, or salve can give pain relief in minutes. It can be used for surface pain such as muscle aches, or go much deeper to issues such as neuropathy (nerve issues). Topical CBD is also commonly used as a way to treat skin conditions from dry skin to more severe conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

The MOST EFFECTIVE and MOST THOROUGH way to take CBD is to take the Sublingual Oils or Tinctures (same thing). Sublingual means “Under the Tongue,” and that’s exactly where you put it. Take your daily dose, under the tongue, and hold for 30-60 seconds to let it absorb. You have sublingual glands that absorb CBD most efficiently. This has been proven to be the most effective way to take CBD. Taking CBD oils can take up to two weeks to start showing FULL effects. In this case, I like to recommend using something immediate until you start getting more results from the Sublingual Oils, like edibles or smokeables.

There are TONS of options. And going to a reputable CBD business is just as important as seeing a doctor if you want the results. The fact of the matter is, take the CBD oil. You may be pleasantly surprised at the results you get. If you’re concerned, ask your doctor. Many doctors recommend their patients taking CBD, and they’ll tell you the same thing.

  • HI Sally,

The number of different types, are you meaning delivery methods or brands? Or both- When considering any or all of the aforementioned, you will want to consider how much CBD or hemp extract was ingested and what method of delivery was chosen when ingesting. As you may know for example, you would need less milligrams when smoking a vape than when you would ingesting an edible or capsule. I’d love to talk more in a new CBD group geared towards learning and expanding your CBD knowledge base. The group is called CBD for Beginners but we encourage all ages and all knowledge levels to join and participate in the conversation. Here is a link if you are interested :) https://www.facebook.com/groups/502121550405917/
